Role summary

Merck seeks a Senior Director of Pharmacokinetics to lead bioanalytical strategy and operations across discovery programs spanning multiple therapeutic modalities. Strong collaboration and influencing abilities across functions, sites, and external organizations

What you'll be doing

Provide scientific and portfolio leadership for bioanalytical strategy across discovery programs with focus on data quality and decision-making impact
Drive operational excellence through workflow optimization, automation, and continuous improvement of bioanalytical processes
Manage and develop team of DMPK representatives, bioanalytical leaders, and scientists with clear expectations and career development support
Represent PDMB on cross-functional discovery and development teams, integrating bioanalytical and regulatory perspectives to guide decisions
Monitor external scientific and regulatory trends in bioanalysis and champion implementation of new methodologies and best practices
