Role summary
Senior Director role leading data strategy and architecture for Pfizer Global Supply and Enterprise Solutions. Owns target-state technical data architecture, canonical data models, and governance standards across manufacturing, quality, and supply chain functions. Reports to PGS leadership and drives AI-ready data platform initiatives globally.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Management or related field
- 12+ years data architecture, data management, or data engineering experience
- 7+ years leading teams and setting standards at enterprise scale
- Demonstrated ownership of enterprise data architecture in large federated organizations
- Applied knowledge of AI technologies and AI-ready data strategy execution
- Experience establishing data governance in regulated (GxP) environments
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders (VP level and above) across organizations
What you'll be doing
- Partner with business data owners to define target-state technical data architecture and multi-year roadmap
- Own canonical data model and domain ontologies built on open standards (ISA-95/ISA-88)
- Lead definition of data contracts, schema standards, and data product certification criteria
- Hold data and integration standards sign-off across federated delivery model
- Build and develop high-performing team of architects and stewards; establish Domain Technical Data Stewardship
