- 12+ years progressive payroll experience including global operations and project management
- 7+ years leading payroll, project, or cross-functional teams in multinational organizations
- Deep expertise in global payroll systems, compliance, and workforce time management
- Experience with Workday HCM, Workday Payroll, or similar enterprise payroll platforms
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data insights into strategic recommendations
- Project management experience leading large-scale transformations and system implementations
