Role summary

Revolution Medicines seeks a Senior Director of Patient-Reported Outcomes to lead PRO strategy integration across clinical development programs for oncology therapeutics. What you'll be doing

Develop and execute PRO strategies for assigned clinical development programs aligned with regulatory and market access objectives
Guide selection and implementation of PRO measures, ensuring fit-for-purpose assessment of instruments and endpoints
Integrate PRO objectives into protocol design, statistical analysis plans, and regulatory documentation
Plan and oversee qualitative and quantitative research activities supporting evidence generation
Contribute PRO expertise to regulatory interactions and submissions, including benefit-risk assessments and labeling discussions
