- Lead membrane operations across Westborough, Hauppauge, and Pensacola plants for performance and stability
- Drive production capability alignment and manage membrane capacity, WIP strategy, and supply continuity
- Own end-to-end manufacturing results including yield, quality, scrap, OEE, cycle time, and cost
- Deploy Danaher Business System across membrane sites and establish performance governance standards
- Lead membrane leadership team development, workforce planning, and succession pipeline initiatives
