Strong technical fluency in machine learning, AI-assisted workflows, and semantic data architectures
Proven leadership experience managing senior technical experts in complex matrixed organizations
Knowledge of GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, informed consent, privacy, and regulatory submission practices

What you'll be doing

Own enterprise data stewardship and AI-ready engineering framework including metadata, lineage, data quality, and FAIR-aligned practices
Lead modern data engineering, SDTM standards, clinical data products, and submission-ready pipelines across clinical and operational assets
Provide strategic oversight of Clinical Trial Transparency, controlled data sharing, and global regulatory compliance
Build and develop organization of approximately 24 professionals across stewardship, standards, engineering, and AI/ML enablement
Partner across Development, R&D IT, Legal, Privacy, Regulatory, and Biostatistics to ensure governed, compliant, scalable data ecosystems
