What you'll be doing

Develop global brand strategy, positioning, promotional approach, and go-to-market model for cell therapy assets
Build global capabilities, customer journeys, and treatment delivery models to support launch readiness
Translate global strategy into regional implementation plans for priority markets
Partner with Medical, Market Access, Regulatory, and Manufacturing teams to align development and commercialization
Serve as commercial subject matter expert, monitoring launch readiness, site activation, and key performance indicators
