What you'll be doing

Lead global client management teams and serve as executive sponsor for key client relationships
Drive project execution excellence across global teams on scope, timelines, financials, and quality
Lead organizational effectiveness initiatives including process optimization and operational scalability
Oversee transformational initiatives and establish governance frameworks for decision-making and accountability
Partner with HR, Finance, Quality, and Executive Leadership on talent strategy, financial planning, and strategic alignment

Compensation$157,700–$236,525 base
