What you'll be doing
- Lead and scale Global Development Digital & Technology organization within India Global Capability Center
- Build technology capabilities through strategic hiring, talent development, and organizational design
- Partner with leadership to define business-aligned digital strategies accelerating drug development
- Deliver end-to-end technology, architecture, data, and AI solutions across multiple delivery models
- Drive compliance with regulatory requirements including 21 CFR Part 11, EU Annex 11, and ICH guidelines
