Role summary
Danaher seeks a Senior Director to lead global cyber threat detection and incident response operations across its diverse operating company portfolio. - Deep expertise in detection engineering lifecycle, MITRE ATT&CK frameworks, and analytic rule development
- Demonstrated leadership of 24x7 SOC and incident response with major incident command experience
- Hands-on experience with SOAR, EDR/XDR, cloud security across AWS/Azure/GCP, and log pipeline technologies
- Track record leading large-scale, globally distributed information security organizations across multiple regions
What you'll be doing
- Own global incident detection and response program strategy, roadmap, and execution across cloud, endpoint, identity, and OT/ICS environments
- Lead architecture and operation of enterprise detection ecosystem including SIEM, security data lake, UEBA, SOAR, and EDR/XDR platforms
- Build and mature global 24x7 cyber defense organization including SOC analysts, detection engineers, incident responders, and automation engineers
- Establish enterprise incident response and crisis management processes with executive communications and regulatory coordination
- Define and govern cyber defense performance metrics including MTTD, MTTR, ATT&CK coverage, and program effectiveness across operating companies
