- Build cross-functional partnerships and embed finance into decision-making processes across assigned functions
- Develop operating budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analyses during planning cycles
- Act as financial thought partner translating business strategy into financial implications and operational efficiencies
- Oversee monthly financial reporting packages, accruals, and variance investigation
- Hire, mentor, and develop direct reports while promoting high performance and continuous improvement culture
