Serve as primary financial business partner to US Commercial Vice President and Business Unit Lead on strategic decisions
Lead annual budgeting, long-range planning, and monthly forecasting for US Commercial Business Unit
Manage US revenue and operating expenses with scenario planning to optimize portfolio and launch readiness
Lead and develop high-performing finance team aligned with company culture and leadership behaviors
Drive cross-functional alignment on key business cycles including product launches and competitive shifts
