Role summary
Cytiva seeks a Senior Director to lead Danaher Business System integration within Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs globally. This role embeds continuous improvement methodologies into quality processes while driving compliance, performance, and digital enablement across the organization.

- Proven structured problem-solving and kaizen leadership experience
- DBS, Lean, or continuous improvement certification preferred
- Experience with global organizations and digital/AI solutions in regulated settings
What you'll be doing
- Develop and execute QARA DBS roadmap including policy deployment and KPI management
- Drive operating cadence through leadership reviews and continuous improvement planning
- Build DBS capability across QARA via coaching, training, and kaizen facilitation
- Apply DBS tools to address deviations, CAPAs, audit findings, and regulatory commitments
- Manage global kaizen funnel and represent QARA within the DBS Community of Practice
Compensation£150,000-£160,000 base plus bonus/incentive pay
