Role summary
Regeneron seeks a Senior Director to lead clinical trial liaison strategy within Global Clinical Operations. This senior leadership role directs multi-region field operations, manages a global team, and aligns portfolio-wide clinical support strategy across the organization.

- Bachelor's degree and 18+ years industry/CRO experience; Master's, MD, or PhD preferred

- Working knowledge of ICH/GCP and current regulatory guidance (ICH E6(R3), RBQM)
- Advanced negotiation and interpersonal skills with demonstrated matrix organization experience
- Cross-cultural awareness and business English fluency; EMEA, JAPAC, US/CA, LATAM experience desirable
- Excellent communicator able to synthesize complex information for senior audiences
What you'll be doing
- Direct strategy implementation for field-based operations spanning multiple regions and disciplines
- Lead global CTL team; manage performance, career development, and succession planning
- Establish function-wide objectives and develop organization-wide policies and processes
- Provide strategic oversight of FSP relationships and serve as escalation point for complex issues
- Maintain field presence through site visits and represent function at key leadership forums
