Role summary
Senior Director role leading clinical translation strategy for Danaher's diagnostics and life sciences platforms in China. Responsible for overseeing clinical studies across oncology, neurology, and immunology while serving as primary interface between China-based operations and global R&D and commercial teams.

- Oversee design, initiation, and management of clinical studies for IVD, medical devices, and biologic manufacturing systems
- Interface with global clinical, regulatory, and commercial teams to integrate China data into worldwide product development
- Establish relationships with Chinese key opinion leaders, academic institutions, research hospitals, and manufacturing centers
- Lead Danaher China Innovation Community activities and provide S&T training and education to develop local talent
