Role summary
Lead a clinical pharmacology team of approximately 10 scientists supporting global and regional drug development programs. Provide expertise in study design, pharmacokinetic-pharmacodynamic analyses, and regulatory strategy while fostering team development and implementing process innovations.

- Ph.D., PharmD, or MD in clinical pharmacology, pharmacokinetics, pharmacometrics, toxicokinetics, or equivalent
- 8+ years of clinical development experience in clinical pharmacology or modeling and simulation roles
- Proven people management experience with coaching and training capabilities
- Fluent English communication skills, both oral and written
- Publication record demonstrating scientific credibility
- Understanding of pharmacometrics, DMPK, toxicology, biostatistics, and regulatory science
- Ability to work effectively in global, matrix organizations
What you'll be doing
- Lead and supervise clinical pharmacology team of 10 members including pharmacologists, pharmacometricians, and toxicologists
- Provide expertise on study design, dose rationales, and pharmacokinetic-pharmacodynamic analyses for clinical development programs
- Conduct and oversee pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic analyses for regulatory submissions in China
- Develop clinical pharmacology strategies at project and portfolio levels with cross-functional stakeholders
- Establish best practices and implement process improvements including modeling, simulation, and artificial intelligence applications
