- Represent cell therapy operations and supply chain in global product teams and brand governance forums
- Develop multi-year product roadmaps connecting investments to key performance indicators including manufacturing success rate and cost of goods
- Monitor operational performance, identify emerging risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure portfolio commitments are met
