What you'll be doing
- Define and execute multi-year roadmap for agentic AI, RPA, and process-mining convergence
- Operationalize Agentic Automation Center of Excellence governing standards and ROI tracking
- Architect modular multi-agent systems using frontier LLMs and agent frameworks
- Lead multi-disciplinary automation squads and drive iterative product delivery using agile methodologies
- Establish governance, testing harnesses, and GxP-compliant validation for autonomous workflows
