Role summary

Senior Data Science Manager leading predictive analytics and AI initiatives for Biogen's U.S. Commercial organization. 3+ years supporting U.S. Commercial in pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
Strong programming skills in Python and SQL
Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, and Power BI
Expertise in machine learning, statistical modeling, and predictive analytics
Knowledge of pharmaceutical data sources (IQVIA, Symphony Health, Veeva, Komodo, claims, EHR)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

What you'll be doing

Design, develop, and validate machine learning and predictive analytics solutions for U.S. Commercial functions
Build predictive models for patient identification, segmentation, treatment initiation, adherence, and provider engagement
Integrate claims, EHR, specialty pharmacy, and commercial data to uncover access and engagement opportunities
Translate analytical findings into evidence-based business strategies with cross-functional partners
Manage external vendors and consulting partners while fostering innovation and technical excellence
