Role summary
ResMed seeks a Senior Data Analytics Partner to advance diabetes and continuous glucose monitoring programs. You will translate complex healthcare data into actionable insights that drive patient adherence, optimize operations, and strengthen retention across cross-functional teams.

- 5+ years of data, business, healthcare, or operations analytics experience
- Strong healthcare domain knowledge in diabetes, CGM, pharmacy, DME, or chronic disease management
- Advanced SQL skills including joins, aggregations, window functions, and validation
- Hands-on experience with Snowflake or modern cloud data warehouses
- Ability to connect analytical findings to patient, payer, and business outcomes
- Skilled at gathering requirements and delivering aligned dashboards and reports
- Excellent communication with technical and business audiences
What you'll be doing
- Analyze CGM and diabetes business workflows from eligibility through recurring resupply
- Define analytics requirements with business and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions
- Build dashboards, performance metrics, and insight-ready reports using Snowflake and SQL
- Examine adherence, shipment cadence, payer requirements, and retention to identify improvements
- Communicate data findings through storytelling to influence cross-functional decisions
