Bio-Techne seeks a Senior Data Analyst to drive supply chain optimization and operational performance through analytics and applied AI. What you'll be doing

Analyze transactional, demand, and production data to identify inefficiencies and root causes in order flow and delivery
Build models and processes to improve inventory health, anticipate shortages, and align stock with demand using statistical methods
Develop decision-ready dashboards and analytical tools harmonizing data from multiple ERPs into a single source of truth
Integrate AI-enabled automation and agentic workflows to turn unstructured supply chain data into actionable insights
Lead analytics initiatives end-to-end and mentor team members on best practices and capability development
