What you'll be doing
- Provide comprehensive IP legal support for radiopharmaceutical development programs
- Prepare, draft, and prosecute patent applications globally, including managing office action responses
- Develop and manage patent portfolios to protect innovations and advance business objectives
- Conduct freedom-to-operate analyses and patent landscape reviews with strategic counsel
- Support business development through IP due diligence and transaction drafting and negotiation
