Role summary
Medtronic seeks a Senior Coronary District Manager to lead revenue and market share growth for the coronary portfolio across the Great Lakes region. - Valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance for state of residency
- Ability to travel extensively by car and plane throughout assigned territory
- Experience in pacing or stent products and interventional cardiology preferred
- Sales and personnel management experience preferred
What you'll be doing
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve revenue and market share goals
- Conduct field visits and meetings to train team members on sales skills and product knowledge
- Direct, motivate, and provide ongoing coaching to sales personnel on performance and career development
- Manage district budgets, forecasts, inventory, and negotiate pricing and contract issues
- Recruit, interview, and hire top candidates while maintaining workplace diversity objectives
