Role summary

What you'll be doing

Prepare, negotiate, and execute confidentiality disclosure agreements, clinical study agreements, and budgets with investigator sites
Serve as primary contact for country/region legal, finance, site management, and clinical project delivery teams
Track and maintain agreements and country/site intelligence; update legal and budget templates
Coordinate priorities with local affiliates, legal, and finance stakeholders aligned with study planning
May line manage contract management specialists and serve as therapeutic area captain overseeing budget processes
