IQVIA seeks an experienced Senior Concierge Corporate Travel Associate to manage complex global travel arrangements and deliver premium itinerary planning for corporate clients. Minimum 5 years' experience in corporate Travel Management Company (TMC) environment
Strong proficiency in GDS platforms (Sabre and/or Amadeus) with ticketing and PNR management expertise
In-depth knowledge of complex itineraries, global airfares, and fare construction
Proven experience in global servicing across multiple regions and time zones
Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal); additional languages advantageous
Demonstrated ability to manage travel disruptions calmly and handle multiple priorities simultaneously
Experience delivering VIP or high-touch concierge services

What you'll be doing

Coordinate complex global travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation
Design end-to-end itineraries incorporating dining, experiences, and activities tailored to traveller preferences
Provide premium support across multiple channels (chat, phone, email, video, SMS) with adherence to SLA standards
Manage travel disruptions including rebooking, cancellations, and emergencies with real-time support
Build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders while identifying opportunities to cross-sell ICTS services
