ProPharma Group seeks a Senior Compliance and Quality Assurance Consultant to serve as a subject matter expert supporting pharmaceutical and biotech clients across product development and commercialization. The role combines strategic consultation, project leadership, and regulatory compliance guidance within a permanent position based in Berlin or Croatia.
What they're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related scientific discipline
- 10+ years quality assurance experience in GxP-regulated environments
- 2-3+ years experience as a Qualified Person
- Knowledge of US FDA, ICH, EMA, and MHRA regulatory frameworks
- Fluent in English; proficiency in additional EU language preferred
- Demonstrated project management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience with both development-stage and marketed pharmaceutical products
What you'll be doing
- Deliver independent consultation and project leadership on quality assurance and regulatory compliance matters
- Lead client projects including batch certification, GxP audits, and Quality Management System development
- Act as Qualified or Responsible Person for clients as required
- Develop CAPAs and provide guidance on deviation and non-conformance resolution
- Conduct training on compliance and quality assurance principles to clients and internal teams
