Role summary

Medtronic seeks a Senior Commercial Technology Analyst to lead strategy, governance, and optimization of Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Acrobat, and Shutterstock platforms. This hands-on product owner role manages licensing, vendor relationships, compliance, and value realization across enterprise creative and content operations, supporting global business objectives from a remote position in Colombia.

Practical experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Acrobat, and Adobe Admin Console
Experience with enterprise licensing, access governance, and platform support models
Knowledge of stock-content licensing, digital asset governance, and content compliance
Working knowledge of enterprise integrations for digital asset management and content workflows
Understanding of information security, privacy, compliance, and change management

What you'll be doing

Own strategy, roadmap, governance, and continuous improvement of Adobe and Shutterstock platforms
Govern platform operations including access management, licensing, vendor coordination, and compliance
Define Shutterstock governance and usage across enterprise with proper asset lifecycle management
Lead security, compliance, and risk management in partnership with IT and Cybersecurity teams
Develop analytics, reporting, and value realization insights to guide investment and renewal decisions
