What you'll be doing

Manage monthly variable compensation processing and dispute resolution for indirect sales partners across business segments
Support P&L forecasting, planning, and closing activities with cross-functional finance teams
Own orders, sales reporting, and margin analytics for product portfolios; support contract renewal negotiations
Drive automation and process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
Provide analytics and insights to support national accounts and indirect sales channel leadership

Compensation$105,600-$158,400 annual base, plus performance-based incentive compensation and benefits
