Role summary
Ascendis Pharma seeks a Senior Clinical Trial Manager to oversee the conduct of global clinical trials in endocrinology, rare disease, and oncology. This role manages investigator relationships, monitors protocol compliance, coordinates cross-functional teams, and maintains trial documentation. The position is based in Palo Alto, CA or remote, reporting to the Director of Clinical Operations.

What you'll be doing
- Maintain clinical site and investigator relationships through informational calls and meeting support
- Review monitoring reports for protocol and regulatory compliance; track and manage associated metrics
- Oversee trial master file and investigator site file maintenance in Veeva Vault with quarterly audits
- Coordinate vendor management for laboratory, IRB, imaging, and patient services including access and reporting
- Lead study team meetings and facilitate internal/external training for clinical operations staff
