IQVIA seeks a Clinical Trial Lead or Senior Clinical Trial Leader to direct complex Phase I Healthy Volunteer studies from design through reporting. What you'll be doing
- Lead Phase I Healthy Volunteer trials from preparation through reporting with full accountability for safety, quality, timelines, and financials
- Drive or contribute substantially to protocol and study design development with cross-functional scientific partners
- Support dose-escalation decisions by integrating emerging safety, tolerability, PK, and PD data
- Plan clinical-unit selection, recruitment strategy, vendor management, and biosampling logistics
- Serve as primary trial contact for governance, risk communication, and transparent stakeholder reporting
