Knowledge of cross-functional drug development team processes and collaboration
Understanding of autoimmune disease biology, pathophysiology, and treatment approaches
Proficiency with ICH GCP guidelines and regulatory compliance requirements
Experience interpreting efficacy, safety, biomarker, and patient-reported outcome data

What you'll be doing

Serve as lead Clinical Scientist for assigned clinical trial with scientific oversight from planning through analysis and reporting
Develop and contribute to clinical protocols, amendments, informed consent forms, case report forms, and data review plans
Lead ongoing review and interpretation of clinical data to assess safety, protocol adherence, data quality, and study conduct
Collaborate with Medical Monitors, Clinical Directors, and cross-functional teams to evaluate safety signals and efficacy outcomes
Generate scientific insights and contribute to study reports, regulatory documents, publications, and scientific presentations
