Role summary

Senior Clinical Research Associate responsible for site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and closeout activities for clinical trials. Ensures data quality and regulatory compliance while coordinating monitoring activities, mentoring staff, and maintaining site communications throughout study lifecycle.

MD degree or pharmacy degree (MSPH, PharmD, PhD) with minimum 3 years CRA experience
Four-year degree in medical/biological/health science with minimum 5 years CRA experience
Two-year college or nursing degree with minimum 7 years CRA experience
Fluent in local languages of assigned countries and proficient in English
Valid passport and driving license required
Willingness to travel extensively
Thorough understanding of FDA, EU regulations, ICH Guidelines, and local requirements

What you'll be doing

Conduct feasibility assessments, pre-study, initiation, and interim monitoring visits per protocol
Serve as Lead CRA for global studies, coordinating other CRAs and providing mentorship
Develop clinical monitoring plans and ensure site compliance with protocols and GCP standards
Review and verify source documents, CRFs, and safety data; coordinate data query resolution
Document site visit findings, maintain investigator site files, and conduct final closeout visits
