Role summary
IQVIA seeks a Senior Clinical Research Associate for Amsterdam to manage clinical trial sites and monitoring activities. The role involves working with a dedicated sponsor partner on 1-2 oncology, neurology, immunology, or diabetes protocols, with approximately 6-9 on-site days monthly and reduced travel through remote monitoring approaches.

- Minimum 12 months independent on-site monitoring experience
- In-depth GCP knowledge and protocol handling across multiple indications
- Fluency in English and Dutch languages
- Full, clean driving license and nationwide travel flexibility
- Strong communication, written, and presentation skills
What you'll be doing
- Manage and monitor approximately 10 assigned clinical trial sites across the country
- Develop and track subject recruitment plans in collaboration with sites
- Deliver protocol and study training to assigned clinical sites
- Create monitoring visit reports and action plans
- Co-monitor, train, and mentor junior team members as appropriate
