What you'll be doing
- Independently manage and monitor investigator sites from initiation through database lock
- Mentor and train Clinical Research Associates on processes and operational capability
- Partner with Site Care Partners on site activation, feasibility assessment, and initiation visits
- Identify and resolve complex site issues; develop and implement corrective action plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on enrollment support, protocol inquiries, and regulatory interactions
