What you'll be doing
- Manage and grow existing copyright holder accounts with proactive communication and satisfaction monitoring
- Lead project management, monitoring, and reporting activities for assigned accounts
- Build relationships with COA copyright holders and developers to identify new business opportunities
- Conduct due diligence to verify and document copyright ownership of clinical outcome assessments
- Serve as primary contact for accounts, resolving inquiries and collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams
