- Independently manage supplier performance, delivery issues, and inventory risks
- Analyze supply, demand, and inventory trends to recommend corrective actions
- Mentor and train lower-level Buyers on processes, tools, and best practices
- Drive process improvements and contribute to purchasing and supply chain initiatives
