- Administer and own NetSuite ERP platform with operational ownership of ServiceNow including governance and reporting
- Engage stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand needs and drive system enhancements
- Execute solution testing, validation, and release readiness while maintaining change management processes
- Develop system documentation, user training materials, and standard operating procedures
- Champion continuous improvement and best practices governance across application portfolio
