What you'll be doing
- Lead business requirements, gap assessment, and readiness activities for enterprise data model adoption and legacy analytics migration
- Develop deep understanding of supply chain processes, workflows, and pain points; identify improvement opportunities through data and automation
- Conduct discovery and future-state design sessions with supply chain leaders and stakeholders to define new processes and capabilities
- Translate business opportunities into detailed use cases, requirements, process flows, and acceptance criteria for product delivery teams
- Validate delivered solutions against requirements, coordinate UAT activities, and define adoption measures for tracking business impact
