- Capture customer requirements and translate complex business needs into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria
- Facilitate breakdown of epics into features and sprint-sized user stories; participate in backlog refinement with development team
- Work with UX team to align technical requirements, scenarios, and business process maps with user experience designs
- Identify and manage risks associated with systems including technological risks, validation, and user acceptance; provide proactive stakeholder feedback
