Role summary
Madrigal Pharmaceuticals seeks a Senior Biostatistician to support clinical development and real-world evidence generation for metabolic liver disease therapeutics. - 2+ years relevant experience; 3-5 years ideal
- Proficiency in R and SAS; working knowledge of Python and machine-learning libraries
- Experience building data pipelines for high-dimensional and real-world datasets
- Ability to communicate complex analyses to non-statistical stakeholders
- Real-world data and regulatory guidelines experience preferred
- Multi-omic, PK/PD biomarker, and genomic dataset familiarity preferred
What you'll be doing
- Develop and apply statistical and machine-learning models to high-dimensional data for biomarker and clinical evidence generation
- Generate real-world evidence from observational data using causal-inference methods
- Support design and analysis of clinical trials and real-world data; contribute to protocols and Statistical Analysis Plans
- Partner with translational science and clinical research teams; contribute to publications and conferences
