Role summary

ResMed seeks a Senior BI/Analytics Engineer to build and maintain the data foundation, dashboards, and planning feeds for the company's top ten EMEA strategic accounts. The role involves designing data pipelines, implementing dimensional models, creating customer-facing dashboards, and supporting the integrated business planning cycle.

What they're looking for

Degree in computer science, data engineering, information systems, analytics or related field
End-to-end BI/analytics/data engineering experience: ingestion, modelling, dashboards
Strong SQL skills and hands-on expertise with Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik
Experience integrating multi-source, multi-currency commercial data and entity resolution
Familiarity with data security, GDPR compliance, and external-facing dashboards
Desirable: S&OP/IBP or finance data feed support experience
Ability to independently own full lifecycle from build through operational maintenance

What you'll be doing

Build and maintain data pipelines from CRM, ERP, billing and pricing systems into unified layers
Implement account hierarchies, survivorship rules, and master data management for top accounts
Design and maintain dimensional data models with fact and dimension tables across multiple domains
Develop and validate key business metrics including share of wallet, churn, and forecast accuracy
Build internal and customer-facing dashboards with appropriate security controls and audit lineage
