Role summary
Regeneron seeks a Senior Automation Engineer to design, develop, and maintain process control and monitoring systems for biopharmaceutical manufacturing. The role involves collaborating with manufacturing and quality teams to optimize automated equipment and resolve control system deviations in a regulated environment.

- 5+ years of experience with process control and data acquisition systems
- Proficiency programming and troubleshooting DeltaV DCS and PLCs
- Experience with Allen-Bradley and Siemens control products preferred
- Background in regulated manufacturing environment preferred
- Ability to work full-time on-site Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
What you'll be doing
- Design and implement software and hardware improvements for automated and new equipment under change control
- Provide technical support for process control systems and troubleshoot manufacturing deviations
- Develop engineering design documents, test plans, and system specifications aligned with GAMP 5
- Author and execute Factory and Site Acceptance Test protocols and commissioning activities
- Support small-scale manufacturing, engineering, and validation projects
