Role summary
Regeneron seeks a Senior Automation Engineer to design, develop, and maintain process control and monitoring systems for biopharmaceutical manufacturing. The role involves collaborating with Manufacturing, Quality Control, and Facilities teams to optimize automated equipment and resolve system deviations in a regulated environment.

- Proficiency programming and troubleshooting DeltaV DCS and PLCs
- Familiarity with Allen-Bradley and Siemens control systems and video graphic recorders preferred
- Experience in regulated manufacturing environment preferred
- Ability to work in cleanroom environment and comply with gowning requirements
What you'll be doing
- Design and implement software and hardware improvements to automated equipment under change control
- Provide technical support for PLC and HMI systems across multiple departments
- Investigate and resolve manufacturing deviations related to automated control systems
- Develop engineering documents, technical evaluations, and test plans compliant with GAMP 5 standards
- Author and execute Factory Acceptance Test and Site Acceptance Test protocols
