Role summary
Amgen seeks a Senior Associate to support the planning, deployment, and measurement of global procurement technology adoption initiatives in Hyderabad. The role coordinates readiness activities, develops enablement resources, and partners with business and technology teams to drive digital capability adoption and value realization.

What you'll be doing
- Support execution and coordination of adoption plans, readiness, and implementation activities for procurement digital initiatives
- Develop and maintain training materials, job aids, FAQs, and knowledge resources tailored to procurement users
- Collect user feedback, identify adoption barriers, and coordinate issue resolution with technology and business teams
- Track adoption metrics including usage rates, training completion, and stakeholder readiness; develop status reports and dashboards
- Coordinate project planning, implementation tracking, and workstream activities across multiple stakeholder groups
