What you'll be doing

Execute solid-phase oligomer and oligonucleotide synthesis using automated synthesis platforms with modified amidites
Synthesize RNA-related constructs with varied lengths and chemical modifications for discovery and platform development
Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot synthetic workflows to improve yield, purity, and process efficiency
Purify synthesized oligomers using chromatographic techniques and characterize materials using LC-MS, HPLC, and related methods
Maintain accurate experimental records and support operation and maintenance of synthesis and analytical instrumentation
