Role summary
Amgen seeks a Senior Associate Biostatistical Programmer for its Center for Observational Research in Taipei, Taiwan. - Understanding of medical statistics including study design, hypothesis testing, and confidence intervals
- Experience with real-world evidence generation or clinical trial statistical programming
- Familiarity with Git-based version control and ability to produce validated, traceable analysis outputs
What you'll be doing
- Develop, test, validate, and execute programming code generating analysis datasets, tables, listings, and figures
- Lead technical programming and process improvement initiatives within observational research
- Manage programming activities, provide technical solutions, and ensure adherence to departmental standards and regulatory compliance
- Write and review programming plans, dataset specifications, statistical analysis plans, and data management plans
- Collaborate with epidemiologists and clinical teams to clarify requirements and deliver high-quality outputs
