  • Proficiency in SQL, SAS, and R programming languages
  • Track record establishing analysis standards, QC/QA processes, and change management
  • Understanding of medical statistics including study design, hypothesis testing, and confidence intervals
  • Experience with real-world evidence generation or clinical trial statistical programming
  • Familiarity with Git-based version control and ability to produce validated, traceable analysis outputs

What you'll be doing

  • Develop, test, validate, and execute programming code generating analysis datasets, tables, listings, and figures
  • Lead technical programming and process improvement initiatives within observational research
  • Manage programming activities, provide technical solutions, and ensure adherence to departmental standards and regulatory compliance
  • Write and review programming plans, dataset specifications, statistical analysis plans, and data management plans
  • Collaborate with epidemiologists and clinical teams to clarify requirements and deliver high-quality outputs
