Role summary
Abbott seeks a Senior Application Analyst to lead business systems design, configuration, and support for cancer diagnostics technology platforms. - Epic software application certification obtainable within 8 weeks of hire

- Demonstrated flexibility, adaptability, and ability to mentor peers
What you'll be doing
- Lead estimation of enhancement and support requests; guide workflow design and system change testing
- Serve as primary support contact for application end-users; troubleshoot issues and perform impact analysis
- Liaise with business stakeholders and software vendors to ensure alignment of needs with system delivery
- Mentor junior analysts, delegate tasks, and act as incident resolution delegate for Applications Manager
- Identify operational workflow improvement opportunities and drive continuous process improvements
