Role summary
Abbott Cancer Diagnostics seeks a Senior Application Analyst to design, configure, and support business systems for cancer detection and treatment platforms. What you'll be doing
- Estimate enhancement and support requests; guide workflow design and system configuration testing
- Liaise between business stakeholders and software vendors to ensure alignment of needs and delivery
- Troubleshoot application issues, provide end-user support, and resolve problems affecting multiple teams
- Mentor junior analysts, delegate configuration activities, and act as delegate for incident management
- Lead process improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to enhance business workflows through technology
