What you'll be doing

Lead estimation of enhancement and support requests; guide workflow design and system change testing
Serve as primary support contact for application end-users; troubleshoot issues and perform impact analysis
Liaise with business stakeholders and software vendors to ensure alignment of needs with system delivery
Mentor junior analysts, delegate tasks, and act as incident resolution delegate for Applications Manager
Identify operational workflow improvement opportunities and drive continuous process improvements
