Role summary

- Liaise with business stakeholders and software vendors to align business needs with system delivery
- Identify operational improvement opportunities and implement technology solutions to enhance business workflows
- Mentor junior analysts; delegate configuration activities and provide end-user support and training
- Troubleshoot technical issues, review project status, and act as delegate for incident resolution
